Why did I decide to dive into the blogger world?
- Accountability-If I know just one person is reading. I'll be held accountable.
- Record keeping-If next year, I accidentally put a few pounds on over the winter, I'll know exactly what worked and didn't work to take it off.
- I know I have a couple of girls that are playing along. I do the work -- you follow along and TOGETHER we'll be healthier, happier, hotter ladies!
- Its much easier to type than write :)
What to expect:
Weekly:
- A layout of 'the plan' and corresponding shopping list. It works best for me to eat the same thing every day. It's much easier to cook in bulk, plan ahead this way.

- a progress pic
- recipes if i have something exciting and yummy to share
Daily:
- Posting of how I'm feeling (hungry, satisfied, lots of energy, little energy, etc.)
- How well I follow the plan.
- workouts

- Whitty comments & correct spelling/ grammar. I'm not a writer.

okay, here it goes......my starting weight is 141.2. I'm feeling excited, nervous, and a little empty in the pocketbook.
ReplyDeleteI love this!! :) Okay girls -- my weigh in is 143.5; I'm super excited to go through this with two awesome companions - AND start eating clean and healthy again - I have a half ironman in August that I would be well served to complete 15 pounds lighter as well :) xoxoxo
